Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens on: (to be advised) and closes at (to be advised)

Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Scrub Dawgs Launch Giveaway, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Subscribe to the Be Scrubbed mailing list using the competition entry form; and
2. Submit or share a photograph of their pet as directed on the entry form.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Unless otherwise stated, one entry is permitted per person.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive:

One Be Scrubbed Scrub top.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.

If an advertised component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

5. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on To Be Advised

The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry within 3 business days of the draw.

The winner may also be announced through Be Scrubbed’s website and/or social media accounts using their first name and/or their pet’s name.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable law.

6. Pet Photographs

By submitting a photograph, the entrant confirms that:

• they took the photograph, own the copyright in it, or otherwise have permission from the copyright owner to submit it;
• they have permission from any identifiable person appearing in the photograph to submit and publish the photograph; and
• submission and use of the photograph in accordance with these Terms will not knowingly infringe another person’s rights.

Entrants retain ownership of their photographs.

By entering, entrants grant Be Scrubbed a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish, display and share the submitted photograph in connection with the Scrub Dawgs promotion and Be Scrubbed marketing, including on the Be Scrubbed website, email communications and social-media accounts.

Be Scrubbed may resize, crop or make minor formatting changes to a photograph for publication but will not materially alter the photograph in a way that misrepresents the entrant or their pet.

Submission of a photograph does not guarantee that it will be published.

7. Mailing List & Marketing Communications

As part of entering the promotion, entrants subscribe to the Be Scrubbed mailing list and consent to receiving Be Scrubbed news, product information, launch announcements, promotions and other marketing communications by email.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in Be Scrubbed emails.

Unsubscribing after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate an entry already received for this promotion.

8. Personal Information

Personal information collected through the promotion will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner, operate the Be Scrubbed mailing list and communicate with entrants in accordance with these Terms and Be Scrubbed’s Privacy Policy.

Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Information may be provided to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the promotion, mailing list, website or prize fulfilment.

9. Inappropriate or Ineligible Content

Be Scrubbed reserves the right to exclude photographs or entries that are reasonably considered offensive, unlawful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, abusive, misleading, infringing of another person’s rights or otherwise inappropriate for the Be Scrubbed brand or community.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If the promotion cannot proceed as reasonably anticipated because of circumstances outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

Where this promotion is advertised or shared through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or another social-media platform, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms.

Entrants release those platforms from responsibility for the administration of the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Scrub Dawgs Launch Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
